An application is not a website with a password
A website presents. An application does. It manages states, permissions, data that must stay correct when two people write at the same time. That changes how it is built: we start with the data model and the edge cases, not with the screens.
It also changes the reach. A brochure website sells close to home; an application sells on expertise. We work for all of Switzerland, and beyond when the project lends itself to it.
Replacing an Excel with business software
It is the most frequent request, and the most profitable. A shared spreadsheet works until the day it no longer does: two versions circulate, a formula breaks, and nobody dares touch it any more.
